Higher end meats can increase the cost (Prime Rib, Rack of Lamb, Beef Rib, Tri Tip etc.)

The 50% deposit is lost for any cancellation or schedule changes, a new deposit will have to be issued.

All parties 50 plus will include serving fee according to the size of the event.
