Pork spare ribs smoked for 4 hours low and slow indirect heat. Half way through topped with choice of homemade Gant's Bourbon BBQ or Gant's Mango/Pineapple Sauce.

Smoked Cherry Wood Brisket

USDA Prime Brisket smoked for 15-20 hours indirectly low and slow at 275 degrees until moist and tinder. 

BBQ Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken

Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese, fresh jalapenos, adobe peppers then wrapped in apple wood smoked bacon and smoked with cherry wood.

Smoked Wild Farm Raised Salmon

Farm raised salmon topped with my specialty dry rub and wrapped and marinated for 2 days, before being placed on the smoker and infused with apple wood for and hour

Dipped Chicken Legs and Thighs

Smoked chicken brine for 2 days then injected with a butter garlic blend, seasoned with my special chicken rub before smoked for 3-4 hours then dipped in my homemade spicy red sauce.

Smoked stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin opened and stuffed with cream cheese, homemade dirty rice and sauteed mushrooms then wrapped and seasoned with rosemary, Italian season and kosher salt. Smoked with Hickory wood indirectly.
